Probably retiring the Frees now. 1350 miles ain't bad.

Was going to do hill blasts but I could tell my legs would violently revolt. Legs, especially my hamstrings are really achy and tight. I decided to try out some 60m sprints and I felt insanely slow and old. I only did four with 340m jog rest in between so I wouldn't be too sore. Really worn out after the run was over.
