Hamstrings felt really herky-jerky but effort was smooth and controlled. Not too hard.

Was going to do 2x400m with 400m jog afterward, but 150m into the first, decided to run 200s since my hamstrings were so tight. Ran 30, 29, 29, 27. ran those quick but controlled with no "lactate" feeling in legs.
