80+74=154 Really muggy but at least there was some cloud cover.

Ran 3.6 miles warm-up with drills and 8x120y strides on the football field.

Plan was 4xBison Way uphill with jog down recovery, then take double recovery after four and do 4xdownhill repeats. I wasn't looking at traditional hill repeat intensity, just hard enough to feel the burn a bit without going much into oxygen debt. The hill climbed about 35-40 feet in the .31 miles. Not enough to really notice but it was there.

Felt really sloppy on the first but better on the last couple of uphills. First couple of downhills were easy but the last couple were pretty tough. I shortened the hill portion after the first rep because it felt a little longer than I liked and it really didn't add much elevation gain.
