Was going to run easily and let the pace come to me. My right hamstring is jacked today, which I guess is probably a result of modifying my strides from the bruised leg.
I was really sloppy and herky jerky but didn't want to be a sissy and cut it early, so I planned on 10. Once I got to the top of the greenway about five miles in, my hip was killing me. It got worse and worse every mile and I stopped at someone's house I knew who lived a mile away from school so I could get a ride home.
I hate injuries caused by stupid thing.
