Freaking GPS again. And freaking tired legs. Felt pretty lightheaded on the warm-up and legs felt really flat, especially on the hills. Was planning on doing 20 of these but stopped at eight. (1:00 on/off). Don't remember all of the data, but had a 5:33, several 4:33s and some 5:00s on the fast portion.

Legs are probably beat up from doing the hilly progression on Tuesday. I originally planned no progression and was going to do 20x400m on Wednesday. Maybe I would have even been ok if I did the progression on flat ground. Who knows but I got too greedy.
