Goal was around 10kish effort and run close to 14:45. Took the lead a minute or two in and went through the mile with a 5-10s lead in 4:40. Second mile was 4:48 and last mile was 4:49. The course was mostly flat but it was super humid. Felt like I could have broken 14:30 if I went all out and I was a little more tired than expected. I guess I still have Tuesday's workout in my legs some.
