80+75=Freaking hot.

Plan was 16x400m at around 70 with 1:00 jog rest and 3:00 jog rest after every four to make up for the heat.

Felt off from the get-go. It wasn't too hard at first, just felt like I was running on fumes and really weak. I was getting really tired the last couple and on the 7th, my hips were getting super worn out, so I stopped. Frustrating because I've had at least one bombed workout every week for the past four weeks. I got a killer nap this afternoon, so maybe I"m just super tired.
