Notes

3x5k with 3:00 rest with goals of 5:35, 5:30, 5:25 pace. Ended up running 17:16 (5:35, 5:34, 5:31), 17:03 (5:26, 5:29, 5:32), 16:44 ( 5:24, 5:25, 5:21). Felt a little heavy in the beginning but loosened up and felt really good. I felt strong the whole way and never struggled at all. I was dreading this workout but it wasn't bad at all and felt like I could have run another 5k at 5:20 pace. Good confidence builder for the half.
