Weather was about 25 or so with a wind chill of 10, so as you can guess, very windy.
I was going to do 8x1/4 mile around 4:40ish with 1/4 mile easy jog recovery. I jogged to SCHS to do 8xgrass strides but the track was open, so I ran them on the football field.
The track wasn't very icy, so I decided to just run the workout there, especially since it was an oval and I would get a more "balanced" wind.
I think the track is a 400m and I just ran by effort, which turned out to be around 70.5 average.
I can tell I'm way out of speed shape but I have a long time.
