Notes

With a race, a bombed workout and a long run, I decided to scrap the medium run and run at around 80% MP (6:36-6:42) instead of 90%. I forgot my GPS, so I ran around the greenway. Splits were 16:30*, 6:28, 6:30*, 6:29, 6:30, 16:23*. The pace was a little fast but the effort wasn't bad. Hopefully I get my legs back for Saturday.
