Notes
Tried same paces as Sunday.
First section=super easy and had a hard time slowing down
Second section= still really easy
Third section=tougher first mile with the gradual hills...pushed the last little bit of the last mile and was 5:26 pace at .6 miles.
Pace doesn't come naturally to me and it's still somewhat forced but it feels like a lot of rustiness rather than being hugely out of shape.
