Plan was a tempo in the 25:00-25:30 range.
Pace felt easy the first two but there were some drops. The third and fourth mile had a lot of turns and some climbing, which made me lose some time, since I don't have much power on hills.
I was going to push some and try and break 25 if the last mile was downhill but there were some more hills and a headwind, so I kept cruise control on.
