I think the MI Was mid/upper 130s.

Plan was 16x1:00 on/off and hopefully was going to average 4:40 on the fast portion.

Once I got started, I felt slow and my quads were very lazy and didn't want to work, so I didn't force them to. On the bright side, that meant I didn't whoop myself early on and was able to recover really quickly in between.

The way back had a headwind and I was able to increase my speed. I wanted to run sub 4:30 pace on the last one but I still kept it somewhat under control, so I was happy to see how fast I ran.

Averaged right at 4:40 pace on the fast portion, which is good because it felt slower than that with how unresponsive my quads were. Normally in this workout, I'm dying towards the end but this wasn't too bad.
