Plan was 21 at 6:15-6:20ish. Got rolling quickly but was light headed from the get-go. Ran my 2011 usual long run route (Lower Station Camp Loop, Boomer Route, big library loop). My legs felt fine but my breathing was never really controlled. It felt like I was in a never ending state of the early stages of a warm-up where your body doesn't feel in synch. I could tell I was getting pretty lightheaded at 15ish and bagged it at 16. Rather than walking the four miles home, I walked to Wal-Mart to call Mary to pick me up.
Was going to run later but didn't feel like it.
