Notes
Plan was 10 miles or so, then 30 minutes of 90s at 5:20/90s at 5:50, then finish up to give me 20. I woke up at 6am to do this but didn't feel like it. Was going to run in the afternoon, but I just felt off and not ready for this kind of workout. I've gotten in several good weeks in a row and want to do well this weekend, so I decided to play it safe.
Added Spy Glass on the way back to give me a little bit of climbing.
