Low 60s and 15mph wind.
12x 60s on/off. Goal was to ease into the first 3-4, find my sweet spot and push the last few.
I only ran 3 or so before turning around and then fighting the wind. I thought I ran these sub 4:30 pace for sure, so I'm surprised the average was slow. Last two were in a really tough headwind so it was tough to get going, which made my mentally lazy.
Even though I ran slower than I would have liked, it never got too difficult and I was able to recover well.
