Notes
Since it was only 6.5 miles, I decided to get in a medium run because I'll be going pretty easily on Thursday and Friday. And I'm also racing a lot more than I should before the marathon, so I need to keep these up so I don't get too efficient at burning carbs and can keep the fat burning speed up. Felt really good and relaxed. Left calf was pretty stiff and wasn't firing like I would have liked it to but I'm just happy it didn't bug me too bad.
I'll probably skip out on hill blasts today so I don't jack it up more.
