Ran the hills after the Boomer. Felt like crap on the first one, and felt better throughout. Once I started focusing on using my glutes more, I got a lot more power. Ended up with five hills. Wanted to do six, but I didn't have time. What a difference a couple minutes make.

Felt much better on this run.
