Interesting route. Got booted off the Moss Wright soccer fields, so we had to leave the park. I had the kids do hill blasts, while I did an interval workout with Daniel and Hannah. Daniel and I ran 4x400m@2:30ish 800m pace with 4:00 easy jog recovery. I struggled a tad more than I thought I would during this workout, but I haven't done any fast stuff in a long time. I probably could have done at least 10 of these without falling apart, but I still have a long way to go.
