More tired than I thought I would be. Hamstrings are a little bit tight/tired and I struggled up the hills a little bit more than usual. Yesterday's was a little harder on the body than I expected. I don't know if it's because the pace was faster than anything I've run lately, that I didn't eat enough after the workout before heading to bed, or if it was the core circuit.
