MI was mid/upper 120s. Nice weather!
Felt rusty the first few miles but loosened up well on the second. Long hill was tougher on lap two and I close out the last .15 miles pretty hard at the end.
This used to be 3.95-3.96 on the old GPS and for some reason, the first lap measured short.
Good confidence booster because I felt so smooth, so hopefully that means my levels are boosting back up.
