Was wanting to sleep-in to celebrate my first official day of Spring Break but with rain forecasted all day, I decided to man-up and wake up a little earlier. Ran the three mile route to the soccer fields, did some light drills and 8x100m strides, and then headed the long way to the hill blast hill. I did 6xhill blasts, and they were really, really hard/tough today. I could tell I have some upper leg fatigue leftover from the race but I still tried to run all out. Afterward, ran back the way I came.
