Not sure how legit this was. It was out-and-back, with the starting line a few seconds behind the finish. It wasn't even a starting line, people just stood there, so that's where they started us. First mile was 4:40 something, but it was high 4:50s at best. Ran the hills hard and got a little tired over the last mile, so didn't push things. Overall, it was a tempo type effort.
