Notes
50 with 15mph winds, with 40 wind chill
Felt herky jerky most of the way and never got that long run looseness, but the pace was good, so I don't care.
Wore long sleeves because of the wind chill, which wasn't bad with the headwind but was really hot with the tailwind, so I changed shirts after the Boomer.
Started running pretty quickly with the tailwind but most of the last four miles was into a headwind, so even though I was running low 6s, it was probably like 5:50 or something.
Last mile got a little bit tough and my hip flexors wore worn out. After finishing, I was pretty tired but figured it was due to battling the winds the last few miles.
