Plan was 20x400m with 1:00 rest, 3:00 jog after every 5th. Wanted to start at 70ish and work down if I could.

My groin/inner hamstring would get pretty tired from time to time and would lose some power. Legs didn't have a lot of pop, but aerobically, it was very easy and relaxed.

Recovered well from the marathon. The extra rest took some load off my legs. Even though it took longer with all of the extra rest, it went by much faster. Having that extra 2:00 gave me something to look forward to, so I was able to stay focused longer. Shows the importance of breaking things into sections mentally, rather than looking at one big picture.

A couple hours after the workout, my legs were pretty tired.
