Ran Swiftwick's "What Race?" which was pretty much just the local Nashville crew. I planned on a progression and was going to hammer the last couple of miles. Ran the first mile or so with Daniel LePage, then left him. Died on Three Mile HIll and especially Nine Mile Hill. Felt really lazy and since it was so muggy, I just ran a medium type effort with a slight pickup the last mile.
