Notes
Goal was the typical 4-3-3 progression. I debated doing 3-3-4 but I got rolling too quickly and with two other hard sessions this week, decided to keep it a tad easier. Felt really good off the bat and I ran the first 5:45 into a headwind, with the tailwind on the other two 5:45s. I was expecting a tailwind for the the last three, but the 2nd half of the first 5:20 was into a headwind along with the entire 2nd one.
My legs felt very light today and I didn't really ever have to dig to knock out my times. Not a bad day in this heat.
