Notes
Goal was easy running until I loosened up, then 10-12x45s every half mile. I was expecting to run these sub 5:00 pace, so I was surprised with the 5:10ish average because it feels like I ran much quicker than that.
The surge that started at the fifth mile was entirely uphill, but I ran too slowly. I really need to add some more power/strength.
By no means was this a tough workout and I just ran a "stride" effort but I think it shows my recovery is slow right now.
