Notes
Weather was perfect at the start around 50-55 but it got warm towards the end.
Felt flat from the get-go and never had a moment when I felt smooth. Pace felt relaxed at first and then Ryan and I broke away after a couple of miles and hung together until 10.5 or so, when I made a surge and ran alone the rest of the race.
Struggled big time on the hills towards the end. I also expected to run more than two sub 5:00 miles on the long downhills but I guess the races are just catching up with me.
