1.5 warm-up, 6x800m with 400m jog recovery: 2:34, 2:32, 2:31, 2:31, 2:30, 2:31. Ate BBQ right before this and felt like I was going to throw up. Goal time was 2:35-2:40, so I was pleased. Last two were a little bit tough, but mainly due to my stomach problem. Great confidence booster.
