Notes
It took me a while to get moving here. I briefly debated backing off in the 3rd mile because it felt harder than it should but I finally warmed up and got in the groove for the rest of the run. My legs and especially my upper quads felt pretty flat/tired from the hill blasts yesterday but didn't have any soreness. Last half of the run felt really relaxed. I think I just need to warm-up more for these early morning sessions.
Third and sixth mile had some climbing.
