Ran the same 9.8 mile course that I did a week or two ago. Originally was planning a 10 mile steady run at 6:05ish, then was going to do a medium-fast progression and with my toe drama, decided to just run easily. My hamstrings and butt felt a little tight/achy from the hills yesterday. My toe was fine though and I think/hope it may just be some flexor tendinitis, which makes sense because of the pain when I curl it.
