Ran in Nashville with a pretty big group:Chris Herren, Ryan Snellen, Warren Adler, Ted Towse, Alex Moore, Justin Patteron and Eric. Pace was pretty relaxed and we took two short water stops. Had a little bit of a pick-up the last couple of miles and my arches were getting pretty achy towards the end. The area where my calf meets my achilles is really tight/sore. I've been trying to work it out for a few days but it's not getting much better. Maybe I'll run in my Piranhas a little less often. It's good to get in a session with so many good runners and I'll try and run with them at least once every two weeks.
