Plan was the usual 6:20, 5:55, 5:30.
The 6;20s were simple, as well as the 5:55s. During most of the first 5:30 mile, I had a headwind, not to mention was running against traffic with a 50mph speed limit. I had to stay focused during the second mile and was a few seconds behind pace halfway through the third. I guess I had to show off for the youngans because I probably dropped close to 2:35 for the last half mile, when I ran past the Station Camp team.
Decent workout and I'm surprised I closed so well, after feeling a little bit worn out. Definitely the "sweatiest" workout of the summer so far.
