Plan was up to 20x1:00 on/off. I was going to use my GPS and stay around/under 4:50/5:50.
Felt really easy at first and after 5-6, it started to get a little bit tougher. Around 10, I went into some oxygen debt. I debated going up to 16 but this is my first session back after the marathon, so I didn't want to dip too much into the well.
