Ran 1.5 beast circuits and hung back on the hills while they had to attack them. Felt good on the hills though. Tried to keep my posture tall and get a good knee lift.

The side of my hips are really sore from yesterday, especially the right one. My left hamstring also was really struggling when I first started but got better. Very easy run.
