Goal was four miles around the track at sub 5:10. My GPS is broken and my stopwatch is dead, so I had to hold onto Mary's iPod Nano. Felt like crap the whole way and called it at three miles in 15:22 (5:05, 5:06, 5:11). The effort felt so slow and it felt like I was jogging but my hamstrings had no power at all and didn't want to turn over at all. I wasn't struggling too badly but the pace felt too forced, so I decided to end it.

Frustrated that I've felt like crap the last week or so and can't tell if I'm either out of shape or too run down. Next week, I'll definitely bump down the volume to mid 80s to recharge a bit.
