Was planning on a progression but my legs felt really heavy and my stomach was pretty achy, so I settled for a normal long run instead. Felt like crap for a while but loosened up after a while and felt much better. Naturally worked down to 6:00 pace.

Legs are probably just tired from the hills yesterday.
