Low-mid 60s with ok dew point.
Goal was 3200m at 9:30-9:40, 4:00 jog, 1600m at 4:35-4:40, 3:00 jog, then up to 10x400m at 66 or under with 1:00 jog.
Spencer ran half of everything with me (800 on/off, 400 on/off, 200 on).
3200m=Felt heavy and flat; no pop in my legs. Just went with it rather than attacked.
1600m=Felt better than I thought; felt pretty smooth.
400s=felt better than I thought, again. First few were easy, then it started to get tough around 4. I felt like if I went up to 8, I'd get the dreaded booty lock, so I called it at six.
Ok workout, wish I would have run faster though. I'm hoping I have some lingering fatigue from the marathon or something because I need to start rolling soon.
