I didn't know what I would run here. I wanted to do some hill blasts but my legs were still worn out. I figured a non-structured progression, where I sped up every mile, would fit the bill of getting my legs moving without wearing me out too badly.
I felt pretty flat the first couple of miles but started to loosen up. I was able to speed up without much trouble but the 7th mile was tough because it felt like I was climbing for over half of the time. I started to get a little bit tired the last mile and finished up just under 6:00 pace and ran a short cooldown.
