1.8 miles through the hood, then 800m on the track with 2x200m strides thrown in.
Afterwards, I cooled-down four laps on the track. I wanted to run six, but some guy started talking to me, so I walked three or four laps with him before getting started.
I really wanted to get in 17-18 miles overall today, so I'm not really happy with my overall volume.
