Notes

Plan was 16x400m with 1:00 jog rest and 3:00 jog rest after every four at around 5k effort. Rained right beforehand, which made it pretty soupy out there.

ran better than I thought because I went in there thinking I would run 67-68s. I could feel some deeper fatigue in my legs but the pace felt really easily and it felt like I was running slower than I was. I debated doing 20 because it felt so easy but I wanted a light stimulus and on these days, it's better to play it safe, especially since I ran a marathon a few days ago.
