Notes
Plan originally was 6400m at 5:08ish average, then 4x400m with 400m jog at 66-67. Didn't feel very smooth, so I changed it up to two miles, 800m jog, 2 miles.
1st=10:13. Really rusty at first but second felt better
2nd=10:09. Felt better. Changed it to 2x400m because I ran a little fast
400s felt good.
