Starting out feeling absolutely drained. I wanted to stop and walk up the hills on Saundersville, and was going over 8:00 pace for a while. Started feeling a little better as the run went on but my quads felt like they didn't want to work at all. Hopefully I can resume normal training because I'm tired of this crap.
