Notes

Goal was the regular medium progression at 6:10, 5:45, 5:20. I was going to extend the final section to 3.6 miles.

Never really felt good from the get-go. Anytime there was a slight uphill, I would be out of breath. I could tell the pace felt "easy" but it still felt off.

Granted I started the first mile of the fast section on a gradul uphill but I was getting really winded and could not run anywhere near 5:20 pace at the desired effort. If I'm way off pace on these runs, I have no business running the workout.

Either it's lingering tiredness from the virus, my iron is low or I'm worn out from my racing gluttony. Hopefully can get a blood test later in the week.
