Notes

Easy run with Spencer before the leg circuit and pull-ups.

I knocked out three sets of leg ciruits and did four sets of super legit (just made that term up and it means I have a one second pause at a completely dead hang between reps) pull-ups with reps of 4-5-6-6. A few weeks ago, I could only do 7 in one set.
