Ran to the park, did a big loop and came back. Legs felt much better than this morning.

Just got in a new pair of Free 3.0s. They have a lot less forefoot cushioning than my Kinvaras and have a more overall minimal feel. I need to decided which shoe I'll use for the marathon.
