Couple 200m strides and 6x400m with 400m jog. My initial plan was 8-10 at 67-68.
After four, I could tell I'm much less fit than expected and I debated axing it there, but I need to scour the rust off.
Pace felt slow, yet tough aerobically.
Sucks that a couple of years back, I could do 20 of these about 3-4s faster per interval, with less than half the rest.
