Made up a new route that I enjoyed a lot. Had a headwind for the first few miles and then the paced dropped a good bit. When I was running lower 6s, it felt like I was just jogging. After Longview, I got rolling a bit but it felt under control and was mostly natural. The last full mile, I picked it up because I felt pretty good.

There were some good hills, with Sandy Valley, Long Hollow and Longview putting a whooping on me. Good running and the first time since my injury where I felt smooth and relaxed.
