Man, this heat is getting me. Plan was three miles each at 6:10, 5:45, 5:20. Instead of staying on quarry side of the high school, I used all of the road. The other side is more cambered, windy, narrow and has more traffic but it also has more shade.
First two sections were much easier than expected and on the last, I started feeling the heat and didn't feel like forcing it. Off-season laziness I guess.
